PAYMENT OPTIONS

Joanna Piniuta Designs.com must receive payment in full for the price of the goods before the order can be accepted. Once payment in full is received by Joanna Piniuta Designs.com we will confirm that the order has been accepted. You will receive a confirmation email to the address that was provided in your order form.

Payment may be made with all major credit cards and PayPal.

SHIPPING

Once payment has been made all items will be shipped via An Post. An Post is Ireland’s national postal service. The shipment will be registered, which provides worldwide tracking and a signature will be required on arrival.

Always inspect shipments before signing for them. If a shipment is observed to be damaged, opened or has been tampered with in transit, note any observations on the carriers paperwork on receipt.

Items posted within Ireland should be delivered within 5 working days after the order is placed, however Joanna Piniuta Designs.com shall accept no responsibility for delays which occur outside this period.

Items posted to UK and Europe should be delivered within 6-10 working days after the order is placed however Joanna Piniuta Designs.com shall accept no responsibility for delays which occur outside this period.

Postage to the Rest of World should be delivered within 10-14 working days after the order is placed, however Joanna Piniuta Designs.com shall accept no responsibility for delays which occur outside this period.

Contact the carrier immediately and file a claim if a shipment is damaged, opened, or tampered during transit. All cartons and packaging materials should be retained by the customer until after an inspection of the damaged shipment has been made by the carrier.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Joanna Piniuta Designs.com has the right to cancel any order if we do not have sufficient stock, or if one or more of the items ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.

If an order is cancelled, contact will be made with the customer via e-mail; FineJewellery.ie will reimburse to the customer account the sum deducted by us within 30 days of the order. Joanna Piniuta Designs.com is not obliged to offer any compensation for disappointment suffered.

Joanna Piniuta Designs.com reserves the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund at our own discretion.

Joanna Piniuta Designs.com reserves the right to change prices or specifications without prior notice. In the event that a customer has placed an order and this event occurs, contact will be made via e-mail within 7 days and the customer will be offered the option of confirming or cancelling the order.

PHOTOGRAPHY

Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Other items may be represented at a larger than actual size in order to clearly show details or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item.

RETURNS

We accept returns on merchandise that is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. Any goods that used, damaged or not in the original packaging are considered to be used.

You will receive a full refund where your purchased item is faulty or different from the order you have placed.

You must obtain a returns authorisation code in order to facilitate any return. This can be achieved by emailing Joanna Piniuta Designs.com. No return will be processed without an authorisation code and will be returned to sender.

Your order must be returned within 14 days of delivery of your purchased items with its original packaging and must be packed in a sturdy carton or box. Returns must include a copy of the invoice and a note of explanation.

We cannot accept the return of earrings due to hygiene reasons.

Joanna Piniuta Designs.com will not be responsible for any return shipments that are lost and advise that the customer retain all proof of posting documentation. Joanna Piniuta Designs.com will not take responsibility for any return shipment that is damaged while in return transit.

All shipping and insurance costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns made within 14 day will be refunded in full.

ERRORS ON THE WEBSITE AND PRICE CHANGES

Joanna Piniuta Designs.com will not honour nor impose errors on our website (e.g. pricing errors, typographical errors, omissions, additions etc.)

Prices are subject to change without notice due to variable manufacturing costs and currency exchange rates.
